The EASY Guide is a resource that was specifically designed for school welfare teams to gain access to education and alternate education providers, family and health services e.g. medical centre's, mental health and bullying websites and training and employment services.

This resource is a one stop shop for welfare teams to make contact with professionals in a quick and efficient manner. It is quickly becoming a resource not only for education staff, but also for families, community service organisations and businesses; developing collaboration and strengthening communities.

EASY Guide, meaning Engaging and Supporting Youth, aims to improve access and strengthen relationships between service providers and schools. It is envisaged that with improved awareness of youth services, young people shall receive supports specifically targeted at their needs resulting in increased engagement with educational practitioners and support people to improve their educational and social outcomes.
